My wife does not want sex at all. No matter what i do or say. I am out of ideas and fear it will get worse?

I have tried everything i can think of to change this and am now feeling like its all my fault i am currently looking for ways to make me not want sex. But at the same time it is really degrading that no matter what i do she still doesn't want to.

You state you fear it will get worse but if she's not giving you any, how much worse can it get? I doubt you're going to be able to find a way to "not want sex". Sex is a normal part of being human and being deprived of it is a reason a lot of marriages break up. Instead of working on learning to inhibit your sex drive why don't you suggest some marriage counseling to your wife? Perhaps you both can get to the reason/s she's not interested. Good luck.
