In Georgia can a 19 year old guy have sex with a 16 year old girl?
Got into a heated discussion with a friend about the topic. Legal age of consent is 16 in Georgia.. But what exactly does that mean? Would a 19 year old male legally be able to have sex with a 16 year old? Does statutory rape come into play at all?

If the girl IS 16 and the age of consent is 16, then it would be legal. If she was even a day younger it would be illegal.
